Davao City Barangay Dialogue on COVID-19 with Councilor Dayanghirang

Barangay Dialogue of Councilor Dayanghirang as the team leader in the clustered barangay to closely monitor the instructions of Mayor Sara Duterte to make sure that all the directives were complied with in the Purok and Barangay level.

The modeling of its operation was created by Mayor Sara to flatten the structure down to the people so that the directive from the top is properly followed and implemented with the help of the city councilors to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 (Corona Virus). The modeling is shared leadership.
